政府日前宣布將庇利街末段一幅臨時停車場用地撥予市建局發展。市建局行政總監韋志成表示，有關用地毗鄰土瓜灣「小區重建新社區」，有關決定可進一步加強土瓜灣舊區內陸、「小區重建新社區」、海心公園以及對開海濱空間的連接，透過市區更新工作的效益，營造暢達並具活力的濱海區。
