Last year’s Tour concluded outside Paris for the first time since 1905 because of a scheduling conflict with the Olympics, with the final stage held in Nice. The Champs-Élysées returned this year for the conclusion of the 3,320-kilometer (2,060-mile) race.

Wout van Aert was the only rider on the final day of the Tour de France who was able to drop Tadej Pogacar during the three-week race in France. The Belgian from Visma | Lease a Bike pulled away from the Slovenian yellow jersey wearer on the final climb to Montmartre and won the final stage in style.

After three weeks of racing, the Tour delivers one last thrill on Sunday during its final stage, with a passage through Rue Lepic in Montmartre. This is a nod to last year's Paris Olympic road race, which saw incredible public enthusiasm.
