According to Pro Football Focus, which does “watch the film” (even if imperfect like all evaluations), gave Thornhill his second lowest season grade of his career last year (65.5) including a paltry 45.0 grade in tackling. Overall, PFF had Thornhill graded as the 72nd safety in the NFL in 2024.

The Browns have also pledged to cover any stadium cost overruns. But beyond the estimated $2.4 billion stadium cost, about $70 million in state funds are being sought by Brook Park for road improvements. The team hopes to open the new stadium in time for the 2029 NFL season.
“Browns signed RB Toa Taua, who spent the past two seasons with the Michigan Panthers and led the UFL in rushing touchdowns last season,” wrote Adam Schefter in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday morning.
Taua, 25, spent the past two seasons with the Michigan Panthers and led the UFL with six rushing touchdowns in 2025. He rushed 81 times for 356 yards and added 76 receiving yards in seven games (four starts) with the Panthers this past season.
