Raydon Collins, 19, was sentenced May 30 to five years in Colorado’s Youthful Offender System and 13 years in prison.

According to police, Terrell Ephriam left his Aurora home about 20 minutes before someone called 911 to report his stabbing.

The brilliant aurora was followed by a major geomagnetic storm triggered by a solar flare emitted from the Sun last Friday.
