Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin granted clemency to a fired police sergeant after the officer was sentenced to prison in connection with shooting and killing an unarmed man.

This happened on Pecan Road in Dudley. The victim's family told WRAL News they were in the house when the shooting happened.
