Kennard has been ejected from Saturday's game against the Spurs after being assessed two technical fouls, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports. Kennard departed the contest in the second half.

Kennard provided 17 points (8-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt), three rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 35 minutes during Monday's 132-130 loss to Atlanta. With Ja Morant (shoulder) unavailable, Kennard got the start in the Grizzlies' backcourt and played a season high in minutes.
Kennard is in the Grizzlies' starting lineup against the Hawks on Monday. With Ja Morant (shoulder) sidelined, Kennard will enter the Grizzlies' starting five while Scotty Pippen slides to the bench.
