During a recent interview with Empire, Renner said he’s ready to reprise his role of the bow-wielding Avenger, Hawkeye. He added that he’s open to whatever Marvel has planned, whether that be a second season of the “Hawkeye” Disney+ series or an MCU blockbuster.

My body’s getting ready for something like that,” the Oscar nominee said of the physical demands that come with portraying Clint Barton/Hawkeye.

Despite previously saying he had declined to come back for the Marvel series, Renner is now "sure" its second installment will happen.
