So far, the only confirmed cast member for Season 4 is Sudeikis, who will return as Ted Lasso. Options had been picked up for other series actors Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and Jeremy Swift, but their involvement in the new season has yet to be confirmed.

Jason Sudeikis shared big news with the Kelce brothers on their “New Heights” podcast Friday: Season 4 of “Ted Lasso” is a go, and Sudeikis is returning, too. Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce wanted to know the “Ted Lasso” backstory, but also about the rumored new season of the show that ended in 2023.

On March 14, Apple TV+ confirmed that Ted Lasso will return for Season 4. Jason Sudeikis, who co-created the show with Brendan Hunt, Joe Kelly, and Bill Lawrence, will reprise his role and serve as an executive producer in the upcoming installment as well.
