The Bengals may plan on making a run at Hendrickson, but it may take some time to reach an agreement.

The Cincinnati Bengals have been eyeing a contract extension for Trey Hendrickson after the monster deals for Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Monday, a day removed from reports that the Bengals and Hendrickson had re-engaged in contract talks, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that the "uptick" in talks occurred last week.

So far, no deal has come across the wire, and with the dust now settled on Chase and Higgins extensions, the team can now turn its attention toward potentially keeping Hendrickson for the foreseeable future. Similar to Chase and Higgins, however, it'll likely cost a pretty penny.
