Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim laid out an ambitious five-year plan to drive growth through 2030, hours after holding talks with US President Donald Trump, who is set to unveil tariffs on the nation on Friday and visit later this year.

Anwar, who is also Finance Minister, announced that it was decided via a phone conversation with Trump at 6.50am.
