Winter Storm Warning for 18 States Amid 'Treacherous' Conditions
Several states were under either winter storm warnings or winter weather advisories from the NWS early Monday morning.

The warning was for Watauga County. "Light snow showers will taper off this morning. An additional light coating of snow is possible," states the NWS Blacksburg VA. The warning is in effect until 7 a.m.
