During its Comic-Con panel, the movie's team celebrated the Looney Tunes feature finally getting a release date after it was scrapped by Warner Bros.

Coyote vs. Acme finally debuted its first footage at San Diego Comic-Con 2025. After a series of behind-the-scenes setbacks that threatened the film's release, the hybrid live-action and animated Looney Tunes movie delighted audiences during a Hall H panel at the pop culture convention.

Comic actor Will Forte's movie, "Coyote vs. Acme," is set for theatrical release on Aug. 28, 2026. The announcement was made Saturday at San Diego Comic Con.
