President-elect Donald Trump will lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery and then hold a "Make America Great Again Victory Rally" in Washington on Sunday ahead of Monday's swearing-in ceremony.

In the early afternoon, Mr. Trump is scheduled to hold a campaign-style rally at Capital One Arena, blocks from the National Mall, his first such address in Washington, D.C., since the election in November. The president-elect will end his day by attending a candlelight dinner with supporters.

On Sunday morning, Politico reported that Vivek Ramaswamy might leave his leadership role in Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency quasi agency. The report cited both Ramaswamy’s expected gubernatorial bid in Ohio as well as tensions between him and Musk:
