After already adding Luke Jackson, Rafael Montero and Paul Sewald to the mix, the Tigers on Thursday acquired right-hander Kyle Finnegan, 33, from the Washington Nationals, a source confirmed to The Detroit News. In exchange the Tigers sent to the Nationals High-A pitching prospects Josh Randall and RJ Sales.
