A year after he stepped away from baseball to focus on his health, Terry Francona will be back in the dugout to manage the Cincinnati Reds, who introduced him at a news conference Monday.
"We always kind of encourage that with our guys, that if they want to (seek a second opinion), go," manager Terry Francona said.
Andrew Abbott tossed a complete game shutout on Tuesday night as the Reds took down the Cleveland Guardians 1-0.
