The biggest offseason decision for the Pittsburgh Steelers will be what to do at quarterback. The Steelers top two quarterbacks, Justin Fields and Russell Wilson are both set to hit free agency and it isn’t clear what direction the Steelers want to go. This is with the understanding that they will only be bringing one back.

While anything is possible, it does not appear that Russell Wilson will be back with the Steelers in 2025. Several reports have surfaced over the past month detailing Wilson's less than ideal working relationship with offensive coordinator Arthur Smith,

It is the same tone that Mike Tomliln’s good friend and NFL insider Jay Glazer used on Thursday when talking about Wilson, who he belives has no chance of returning. “That ain’t gonna happen,” Glazer said about Wilson heading to Las Vegas.
