Tennessee defensive back Boo Carter is back on the practice field. After Volunteers head football coach Josh Heupel addressed his absence on Tuesday, Carter was seen stretching with his teammates on Wednesday.

Tennessee coach Josh Heupel confirmed Tuesday that star defensive back Boo Carter still is with the team. The Knoxville News Sentinel reported last week that Carter had missed "numerous" team activities and had been confronted by team leaders about the absences.

Tennessee Vols sophomore defensive back Boo Carter was spotted with his teammates at practice on Wednesday morning, just a day after Josh Heupel announced that the former four-star recruit is still a member of the UT football team.
