Kim Delaney will not be facing any charges in relation to her March 29 arrest on suspicion of felony assault, a representative for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed to PEOPLE.

Kim Delaney, accused of assault with a deadly weapon over the weekend, and partner James Morgan won't face charges "due to insufficient evidence."

Delaney was booked by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, while Morgan was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence. Days later, prosecutors said the couple would not be charged.
