France President, Emmanuel Macron has condemned a recent deadly attack on Ukrainians by the Russian Army. DAILY POST learnt that two Russian missiles on Sunday morning struck the heart of the city of Sumy in Ukraine.

"This war was initiated by Russia alone. And today, it is clear that Russia alone chooses to continue it," Emmanuel Macron wrote on social media, referring to the Russian attack on Sumy, which resulted in at least 32 casualties.

The Palestinian foreign ministry blasted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday for attacking French President Emmanuel Macron over his plan to recognise a Palestinian state within months.
