The Sparks have come flying out of the All-Star break. After a dramatic 101-99 win over the New York Liberty on Saturday, Los Angeles has won five consecutive games and improved to 11-14 on the season; entering Tuesday night's home game against the Las Vegas Aces, the Sparks are one game out of the eighth and final WNBA playoff spot.

Brink, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, played just 15 games before suffering an ACL tear on June 18, 2024, which cut her rookie season short. The 6-foot-4 forward has been rehabbing and working toward a return throughout the first half of this year’s season as the Sparks have played to an 11-14 record.
